A long client relationship resulted in yet another project. This 1970’s beach house on the Gulf of Mexico was completely gutted, added to and renovated; to become a four bedroom, four and half bathroom coastal retreat for a Chicago family. They already owned a smaller beach home so this new larger house needed to be nothing like their previously home. Working with neutrals allowed the gulf view and their art collection to take precedence. The clients wanted this to be a welcoming home for family and friends and to a place to create lifetime memories for their daughters.
